A headset and microphone. Please check these with your computer before the session. Computers with a built-in microphone can also work, but participants with excessive background noise will be muted if distracting from the session. You have HEART!
A portion of each payment will be donated to Riding with Heart, a therapeutic riding center in Pittstown, New Jersey. To learn more about Riding with Heart, please visit their website or their Facebook page.
Participants will be sent a link to the seminar platform. They will be asked to create an account and encouraged to log in at 9:00 AM on the morning of the seminar to be checked-in, given an overview of the platform, and deal with any possible technical issues.
Full refund, minus processing fee, will be issued if another participant can be found to take your place, up to 72 hours before the start of the seminar. After that, no refund will be issued for absence. No refunds will be issued for tech-related problems if the participant skips the 9:00 AM tech-support part of the seminar.
We strive to create a safe, educational, and supportive space for interested parties to learn and grow their side saddle knowledge. No refunds will be issued if a participant is removed for belligerent behavior.
